mais pr\u00e9voir 1\/4 d&rsquo;heure pour r\u00e9curer le lait cuit au fond.<\/li>\n<li>Fouet de cuisine.<\/li>\n<li>Un four.<\/li>\n<li>Des pots en verre, terre cuite, etc&#8230; et leur couvercles pour le frigo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Lait entier naturel (non UHT, non \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9)\u00a0 Bio ?<\/li>\n<li>Semence : 1 yaourt nature naturel (pas brass\u00e9, pas cr\u00e8me de yaourt&#8230;.), le plus simple est souvent le moins cher.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Principe :<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Yaourt\">https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Yaourt<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Protocole :<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Porter le lait \u00e0 90\u00b0 au bain marie (Thermom\u00e8tre) pendant 15 minutes (d\u00e9composition de la cas\u00e9ine)<\/li>\n<li>Pendant la cuisson, agiter avec un fouet.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite laisser refroidir \u00e0 45\u00b0 (thermom\u00e8tre)<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9lever la surface du yaourt &#8230; la manger\u00a0 (jeter c&rsquo;est gaspiller)<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9lever 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de yaourt et les m\u00e9langer avec le lait au fouet.<\/li>\n<li>Verser le lait dans les pots jusqu&rsquo;au 3\/4 de leur hauteur.<\/li>\n<li>Placer les pots dans le bac.<\/li>\n<li>Compl\u00e9ter autour des pots avec de l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 45\u00b0 (thermom\u00e8tre)<\/li>\n<li>Placer dans le four \u00e0 45\u00b0 (thermom\u00e8tre dans l&rsquo;eau du bac)<\/li>\n<li>Maintenir \u00e0 45\u00b0 pendant\u00a0 3 heures.<\/li>\n<li>Conservation 1 semaine au frigo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Variantes :<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour le go\u00fbt :\n<ul>\n<li>Au fond (sinon en m\u00e9lange cela ne prend pas)\n<ul>\n<li>Confiture (trop acide)<\/li>\n<li>Miel (si m\u00e9lange =&gt;
