Une recette allemande de Marie-France revisit\u00e9e.<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 carottes rap\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>100g de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales de campagne (TIPIAK) Bl\u00e9, Riz, Sarazin.<\/li>\n<li>100g de bl\u00e9 tendre (EBLY)<\/li>\n<li>200g de riz<\/li>\n<li>50g de flocons d&rsquo;avoine.<\/li>\n<li>4 feuilles de laurier sauce.<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e9chalottes<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>Sel 15g\/Kg (le bouillon en repr\u00e9sente 8g)<\/li>\n<li>Poivre<\/li>\n<li>1 bouillon KUB<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de persil plat \u00e9minc\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>100g Chapelure de pain.<\/li>\n<li>Une forme ronde avec son piston<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une rizoti\u00e8re (ou une casserole avec une bonne surveillance), placer les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, le laurier, le sel, le cube de KUB, les carottes rapp\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter 2 volume d&rsquo;eau par volume de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9vaporation compl\u00e8te.<\/li>\n<li>Retire les feuilles de laurier.<\/li>\n<li>Hacher au couteau l&rsquo;ail et l\u2019\u00e9chalote.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un saladier m\u00e9langer les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales cuites avec le persil, l&rsquo;ail, l\u2019\u00e9chalote et les \u0153ufs.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter de la chapelure si n\u00e9cessaire pour obtenir une consistance p\u00e2teuse.<\/li>\n<li>Sur une planche remplir la forme et tasser au maximum pour former les palets.<\/li>\n<li>Avec une spatule d\u00e9poser d\u00e9licatement les palets dans une po\u00eale huil\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un aspect dor\u00e9e, caramel.
