La pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te de sp\u00e9culoos<br \/>\nVerser la cassonade, la cannelle et le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices dans un grand bol.<br \/>\nAjouter le beurre bien mou et l\u2019\u0153uf.<br \/>\nM\u00e9langer le tout jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter petit \u00e0 petit la farine (id\u00e9alement en la tamisant). Bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la spatule pendant l&rsquo;ajout de la farine. Ajouter le sel. Ajouter la levure chimique, bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser la p\u00e2te de sp\u00e9culoos reposer 2 h au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<br \/>\n2. La d\u00e9coupe et la cuisson de la p\u00e2te de sp\u00e9culoos<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (th. 6).<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te en 3 boules. \u00c9taler une boule entre 2 feuilles de cuisson puis l&rsquo;\u00e9taler au rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une feuille de 3 \u00e0 4 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n<p>Couper la p\u00e2te de sp\u00e9culoos en morceaux rectangulaires de 3 \u00e0 4 cm de long. Ici, laissez libre court \u00e0 votre imagination ! Toutes les formes souhait\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec la p\u00e2te de sp\u00e9culoos.
