{"id":5235,"date":"2024-06-22T13:23:12","date_gmt":"2024-06-22T11:23:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.blue-bears.com\/blog\/?p=5235"},"modified":"2024-06-22T16:01:47","modified_gmt":"2024-06-22T14:01:47","slug":"recette-crepe-de-creperie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.blue-bears.com\/blog\/?p=5235","title":{"rendered":"Recette cr\u00eape de cr\u00eaperie"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>From ex patronne de cr\u00eaperie : 700 000 cr\u00eapes au compteur \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients (tout doit \u00eatre Bio &#8230;)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tasse de farine (grande Tasse \u00e0 th\u00e9) = 350g<\/li>\n<li>1.5 \u00e0 2 tasses de lait = 3\/4 litre \u00e0 1 litre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>Selon go\u00fbts :\n<ul>\n<li>Sucre :\u00a0 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe<\/li>\n<li>Rhume : 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Proc\u00e9dure :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Farine avec un puits.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients &#8230;. sauf le lait<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer et ajouter au fur et \u00e0 mesure le lait.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser reposer (1:00, une nuit &#8230;. ou pas du tout)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Le tour de main :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0R\u00e2teau \u00e0 cr\u00eape\u00a0\u00bb en bois bien humide\u00a0 (le faire tremper dans un r\u00e9cipient plein d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 cot\u00e9, entre deux cr\u00eapes)<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00eapi\u00e8re chaude \u00e0 la main \u00e0 15 cm au-dessus.<\/li>\n<li>Verser une louche dans la partie droite de la cr\u00eapi\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>Avec le R\u00e2teau \u00e0 cr\u00eape, d\u00e9crire un arc de cercle par coups successifs pour \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te en rond.
